About Pa'
​Pa' is the story of my father, Emilio Martínez, and a promise I made to him.

My father was an artist and a dreamer who taught me to see the beauty in every moment. He often spoke of wanting to create his own wine, a dream he never had the chance to fulfill.
Before he passed, I promised him that I would make a wine in his honor—a wine that would carry his essence, his love for art, and his belief that wine is "living art."

After his passing, I poured my heart and soul into keeping that promise.
With the help of Weingut Rütihof, a renowned winery in the Zürichsee region, I crafted Pa' with the same care and dedication my father instilled in me.
Their insight and the unique terroir of Zürichsee brought this dream to life, ensuring every bottle reflects his legacy and our shared passion for artistry.
Ps' is not just a wine; it’s the fulfillment of a promise, a celebration of collaboration, and a tribute to a life that continues to inspire.
But... Who's Emilio Martinez?
Emilio Martínez was more than a father—he was an artist, a visionary, and a man who devoted his entire life to the pursuit of art. As a painter, sculptor, craftsman, and restorer, he left his mark not only on the canvas and in stone but also on the hearts of those who knew him. His passion and talent led him to serve as president of the Salón de la Plástica in Chihuahua, a role that allowed him to champion creativity and inspire countless others.
He believed that art, like life, was meant to be shared and celebrated. For him, wine was another form of art—alive, evolving, and deeply human. Though he never fulfilled his dream of making wine, he passed on to me his endless curiosity, his dedication to craftsmanship, and his belief in the power of creation.
Through "Pá," I honor his legacy, his unwavering love for art, and the indelible bond between father and son. This wine carries his spirit, reminding us all that true masterpieces live on in the connections we make and the stories we share.
